Yorkshire pudding
Yorkshire pudding is not the kind of pudding we imagine. It is more like a kind of bread and tastes like soft bread with slightly salty taste and coffee cup shape. The middle is depressed and foamed, the peripheral is crispy.
Yorkshire pudding is easy to absorb the gravy. Eaten with roast beef and beef gravy, taste delicious. Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding has even been called Britain's national dish.
