Omelette is one of the popular breakfasts in the western countries and a dish liked by most of the people. It is very easy to prepare. Egg is the main ingredient in preparing the Omelette. Omelette is a dish made from beaten eggs adding spices and fried on a frying pan.

Recipe for basic omlette

Ingredients

    butter -5 – grams
    chopped corriander – 1 – springs
    chopped onion – 10 – grams
    chopped tomato – 10 – grams
    eggs – 4 number
    green chillies – 5 – grams
    pepper – 1 – pinch
    salt – 1 – pinch

Instructions

Ingredients for Magic Omelette:

    1/2 teaspoon butter
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoon water or milk
    cheese, grated (or sliced)
    ham, chopped
    chives, chopped
    salt
    pepper

Preparation of Magic Omelette:

    1. Heat a non-stick skillet until butter sizzles.
    2. Scramble eggs; add to skillet (no need to fuss over lifting the solidified edges to let the liquid eggs underneath).
    3. Sprinkle eggs evenly with cheese, ham, chives, salt and pepper (or herbs de Provence, baby spinach, smoked salmon, pre-sauteed mushrooms, onions, peppers, anything you like).
    4. Cover and cook over low flame until eggs solidify, about 5 minutes.
    5. Slide from skillet to plate, folding omelette in half with edge of skillet.

Delicious and healthy breakfast! Unlike eggs, for example ... But I do not like eating scrambled eggs often. I do not like it very much.
