Everyone who buy it will imply his or her rules. If he is the owner, he will too. You bet on it. He can't stand easy the opposite or different opinions and he will supress more or less the free speech. But I doubt he is so generous to spend it for a forum. He wants to spend money for fake bones, fake nose, etc, not for a forum. Doubt he is so rich to spend on all this.
