Banana Pie

I bought some puff pastries and kept them in the fridge for a long time.
There is a banana left, so I make some banana pies. It's kind of easy to make: I put some mashed banana between two small pieces of pastry and bake them in the oven.

Fried Duck Breast with Garlic Sprouts

It's a simple but tasty dish.
Two duck breast and some garlic sprout fried together, and only soy sauce, salt and oil for taste. For a little spicy taste I add one pepper.

Omelette with Leaves of Chinese Wolfberry

My mother used to cook soup with leaves of Chinese wolfberry often.
I use them to cook with eggs. It's also very tasty and I think it's good for health.

Bitter Gourd Omelette

In summer I like to eat more bitter gourds.

Mango Yogurt Ice Cream

My home-made ice cream. I use mangoes, yogurt, cream and add a little lemon juice. If you like it to be sweeter, you can add some sugar.
