These are Chinese foods. I like them.

Three more Chinese dishes:

-- 凉拌皮蛋 (cold and dressed with sauce century egg).
-- 地三鲜 (usually "Sauteed Potato, Green Pepper and Eggplant") but in this case "and carrot".
-- 手撕包菜 (Shredded cabbage).
