Well! 700 is may be good enough for that PC but i would recommend you to go for 1000 w coz if it will run GTA IV or Battlefield 3 type game on at its highest graphics then your ATI card itself will suck at least about 450w to 500w.... and may crash ur system since u r using octal core.... and if one is buying this good computer should not compromise with such small thing.... and ya 8GB will be enough... and Win7 Ultimate will give u better experience...
