A kind of Beijing noodles

  As an omnilogy forum with a very good Food board, I wish to add a kind of Beijing noodles here. The Chinese name of these noodles is 北京炸酱拌面.
 I ordered these noodles twice in a local small Chinese restaurant. A photograph:
