Puff

Puff is one kind of dessert original from Italy. Fluffy cream leather wrapps with whipped cream, chocolate and ice cream. Puff in France becomes the symbol of auspicious nice dessert. In Festival ceremony occasions such as births or weddings, they have the habit to celebrate with puffs shaped as a caramel reactor tower called Croquembouche, symbol of joy and congratulations.

There are various tastes of Puffs- the original, cream, chocolate, vanilla, mocha......Each with "white" frosting, when biting and cream pours out from "crisp" pastry cream, "cool", "strong", "fragrance", let you aftertaste long time.
