Cashew
Cashew, the scientific name is
Anacardium occidentale, is one of the world's famous four dried fruits.
It originated from northeastern Brazil, then in 16th century introduced in Asia and Africa, and is now distributed in dozens of countries and regions within 20 degrees of north and south latitude. It grows most in Mozambique, Tanzania, India, Brazil and other countries, as well as in Hainan and Yunnan, China.
The
