Page rank and Alexa Rank decrease and increase over a website

From past few days i was seeing that my website Alexa international and national ranks are decreasing and increasing for every day!
can you explain me why its happening?

Page Rank increase shows increase the quality of the website. In case of Alexa increase in Alexa rank shows decrease the traffic on that website.
