土豆的神仙吃法@烤薯角

  主要是为了去吃他们家的意大利披萨，炭火烤的，可能是我最喜欢吃的披萨。营业时间5pm-10pm，刚好方便大家下班后去吃。      这次因为有小孩在，还点了烤薯角。和着酱汁一起吃，挺不错的。要说这烤薯角，也太简单了，分分钟搞定👇

蒜香黑椒烤薯👆     
 做法超级简单，调味我也喜欢简单的。当然你也可以选择其它口味，比如香辣味，烧烤味等。      选择粉一点的土豆，烤了更好吃；小一点的土豆，切三角块更好看一些。

🥔中土豆，蒜1头，现磨黑椒，干欧芹，盐，橄榄油
🥔土豆刨去皮，切三角块沥干水分或擦干
🥔蒜瓣洗一下擦干净，用刀稍压
🥔薯角放烤盘上，加盐、橄榄油、黑椒碎和干欧芹拌匀腌制一会儿
🥔入预热烤箱200度烤25分钟左右
🥔搭配酱汁，超级好吃。

迷迭香烤土豆角👆     
 迷迭香烤味道也好。曾经插种过两株迷迭香，可惜没多久就种坏了。除了以前的一棵盛开的昙花以及不用管的芦荟，我大概就是个植物杀手。😌

🥔小土豆，迷迭香，黑椒，盐，油
🥔小土豆刷干净，或刨去薄皮，切三角块
🥔加盐、油、黑椒碎和迷迭香拌匀
🥔摆放在烤盘里，放入烤箱200℃烤25分钟左右。
