There are too many browsers are there for internet. I tried most of them but i like only Opera mini browser. It is a fast and accommodate with the screen size easily. By using this, we can reduce the data consumption and size also. It supports all the sites to display.

Both have equal importance because PR means page rank and SERP means search engine result pages. PR is depends on SERP. SERP contains the results related to keywords that our site have and according to it our PR decide. It totally depends of the keyword that we are choosing.
