  Hi, I am one of the admins in this free omnilogical SEO and Non-SEO forum.
1) I had checked our board for errors, but everything seems okay
2) Anyway I created a new account (this one, which I am using right now) to try to post a new topic and it is possible. Proof:

 Do you really can't make a new post with your information? 

 (Now I will log in with my admin account to paste the same, because I want people to know that it is really the administration post.)
