you will need quality backlinks
you can post your blog on high da sites such as facebook, reddit, etc
if you are getting links from low DA websites then your blog wouldnt get good backlinking so links from high DA websites is preferable

you can save money:-
first tracking down all your expense
after tracking all the expense you need to set them according to highest to lowest
all the highest one need to focus more properly and look whether can they be avoided or not if yes then avoid them and make a track of them
its not a one day process it will take more time
it will need more discipline

more focus on backlinks as to where the backlinks are coming from whether they are from good DA sites or not.
