1. Provide good user experience by providing readable and legible content (font, text size, avoid thick passages, big and bold headlines, subheadings, bullet points).

2. Avoid popups as much as possible. (At least for me, I won't bother click the popup away; I will just leave).

3. Storytelling. Your customers will remember good and creative stories. Be honest and truthful.

4. Have a schedule for blog. The content should be fresh and updated regularly.
