Internet / Overloading nodes?

I've had 30/5 internet service with TWC for a few years now.  Generally it has been reliable and giving me in the neightborhood of 36/6.  Lately, I seen it dip to the low 20's upload, and be very erratic.  During speed tests it will jump all over the place IRT to speed.
 
Wondering if by replacing the generally lower speed TWC connections with the Spectrum 60 Mbps basic they are slowly overloading the existing nodes.

Internet / CANT HIT THE 300mbps with my Equipment

Need HELP!  I have the TWC DVW32CB Modem  and a LinkSys EA6900 Wireless Router.  As far as I can determine I have all the right equip to be able to use the 300/20 TWC internet plan HOWEVER the best I can get using my Wireless Network is 75/20.  The EA69000 ethernet ports are 1g capable.  The ethernet cable from the modem to the router is a 5e  type so thats capable of carrying the load.
When I do a direct ethernet from the modem to my computer, I can easily hit over 300mbps.
Where is my problem and hopefully a solution.....

Internet / Printer is not working

Hello! I just switched to Spectrum from AT&T and when reconnecting my printer over to the new router (UBEE DVW32CB) I can't print from my mac or iPhone. The printer is a HP Officejet Pro 6962, it connected with no problem. I can use HP ePrint and the google drive app on the printer itself. But I can't connect it to my mac or iPhone using airprint. The HP software for my mac can't even find it.
 
Am I doing something wrong?

Internet / Cannot connect to specific site

This has been an issue for me for a few months now, but I never really needed to go to the site until now. I was hoping it was a temporary issue that would resolve itself at some point.
 
The site I'm trying to connect to is cns.utexas.edu. As far as I know, it is the only site I've been having this issue with.
