It's a very good question, but the answer is not very optimistic: the social networks tend to forbid or limit the links to users' websites (and one of the main reasons is that they want you to pay them for ads! "No money = no traffic for you!" is something like their rule. If you don't believe it, I can give you some examples.)

I am ready to hear another answers from our SEO and not that SEO users.

Thnak you for a very clear answer. It seems there is no way to gain network signals free of charge for improving ranking. I really appreciate if you could illustrate more by your own examples

It's just an useful alternative for improving your ranking on Search engines besides forum seeding, guest bloging, directory... I did try and found it quite effective.
