Let me tell you, for getting good quality of backlinks what matters the most is relevant content in terms of the audience you are targeting.
Apart from content, you should focus more on guest posting. It will give you a perfect quality of backlinks expected. Otherwise, there are so many strategies which include social bookmarking, directory posting etc.
