Keep developing fresh content for your site. Use RSS. Plug in StumbleUpon and Digg buttons. Link into a twitter/facebook/etc. account. Make friends. Have them promote your site. Post videos on YouTube that link back to your site. Post relevant comments on big sites with your site in the signature. Submit articles to article sites. Use an SEO optimization tool.
