Having a good mix of dofollow and nofollow is good thing for a campaign. You need a mix,so that it looks natural.Google doesn't like to see a one-sided campaign.

Images are a good thing to bring readers closer to your direction. Over stuffing isn't a good thing. Images renamed with a keyword is okay,but shouldn't be abused. Of course only use  images that you have  rights to.

Just have to keep building links and linking to higher page rank sites. It's a never ending battle in trying to get the rank higher. I personally like to focus on more paying clients vs. page rank.

Please tell us your rank prior to using this service. I'm not sold too much on ranking #'s vs. traffic that will bring in paying clients. This service is quite expensive for a temporary fix. I have got my ranking down organically just fine.

Such tools are great for collecting historical data,but I have found that many have their flaws. I prefer real time results by manually checking. Not all tools are created equal.

SEO is used to get ranked higher in the SERPs. It much better than PPC in cost. SEO is much more cost effective.

I personally prefer Wordpress at this time and the wonderful plug-ins that are available. I like using WP for a home page blog too. It's just plain functional.
