My homepage was set to Google.com but I keep getting Google.ca. In fact, every website I'm visiting has ".ca" instead of ".com". It's happening on all my browsers. Does anybody know what the problem is? and how do I fix it?

I have my PR1 site http://www.shaadisankalp.com on 1st page of Google, but after the Google update code name "Penguin" my site's rank went down.Please help me how to fix this issue.Thanks
