As in Bookmarks, its better to use one Keyword in title and different description which helps to boost your performance in less time.

Same as in Directories.

If your web site has higher competition in keywords then you might have to follow good amount of back linking as for daily basis.

Reverse SEO is done to target competitor bad publicity which makes competitor out of SERP in mean time.

As in other words "People use it to Derank Competitors".
