But some still concern that it wont effect much.

Lots of ways which describe decline or downfall in your Search Results.

And not agreed with rossjulie" how designing effects your web site in Search Results, only if you managed some new pages and re-edit your old pages with new titles or description might effect.

Please justify your statement.
