have a few questions to improve page rank etc

Which is the best site for submitting articles to for a website press release?

also does it matter if I really want UK traffic to my site if I was to use a USA based press release site?

What effect does's changing my home page have to google search results if any?

also any useful tips are greatly recieved!

and yes if you hadnt guessed its all very new to me!

I think that seo-forum-seo-luntan.com is the best site for submitting articles, because we're an omnilogic forum. All of your articles will be related to the content of this forum, as far as we're writing about everything in many languages - English, Chinese, Russian, Bulgarian, Korean...
UK is United Kingdom, not USA. USA is United States of America. UK is not USA and vice versa.

According to me, article submission is the best off page activity in seo and you have to get more quality back links, traffic from it and also increase your targeted keyword ranking in Search Engine. Directory submission is takes too time for quality backlink, so I am believed that article submission best better than directory marketing.
