Thank MSL for having enlighted me on the very unscientificness of Buddhism in leading a person to happiness :P. I really appreciate his efforts!
But since Buddhism is not one, what else is? Psychology?

Wah! It's a good idea to post the same question in the Incels' board and in the Psychology's board because the audience is different (still a bit overlapping for forums like this, because of the omnilogy-ness) :P

Could be (the psychology) but why you're not considering other ways too, or you did? See, for a wimpy man like you <no offence!> who dislikes gyms, struggles, confrontations and who just want it easier in life why giving up the Buddhist or others male monks communities? You don't need it (sciencemaxxing or what they call it) once you may gaymaxxing successfully. The Buddhism is teaching you to forget about your needs but as long as your body needs it and you can't have the women, then you will be in touch with some hot (we may hope from gays point of perspective yeah) homosexual monk or guru and then yeah here is our gaymaxxed happiness without dharmas, sciences and others which only make you suffer to practice, to learn, to struggle. Just be gay.

It's not for everyone but factologically to gaymaxx is cheaper than to transgendermaxx. Gaymaxxing is practically free.
