My bad state was boiled down to being blackpilled by other pessmistic incels and severe lack of self-motivation.
As a side note, my take is that, if you were an incel, and you were depressed, well, it would be your own right to be depressed for being an incel but you could not just keep depressed and do not do anything. Everyone should self-motivate himself/herself to improve himself/herself and tbh it's really useless and even harmful for you to just keep self-deprecating while doing no other things.
I've planned to improve myself in two regards: appearance and skill.

I've given up the idea of doing a plastic surgery but I've decided to get limb lengthening surgery. I don't think my face needs surgeries but my height yeah seriously needs a surgery.

I am now practicing 'Kṣānti pāramitā', 'Vīrya pāramitā', 'Dhyāna pāramitā' and 'Prajñā pāramitā'.
I'd say if you think Buddhism is something like Math Physics that is learning-oriented, you are DEADLY wrong! :P

To my surprise, Buddha predicted the future of Buddhism very accurately!
He trichotomized the future ages in which Buddhism would be treated differently.
In the first age of the Dharma, Buddhism would be being treated seriously and preached.
In the second age of the Dharma, Buddhism would be treated way less seriously and very unpreached, but 'sad-dharma-pratirūpaka' would be being preached and treated seriously.
In the final age of the Dharma, both of Buddhism and 'sad-dharma-pratirūpaka' would be being treated unseriously and very unpreachedm, and unfortunately we are just living in such age.
He also predicted one of the culprits of the advent of the moribundity of the Dharma was just Buddhist, due to its behaviours and words that disparage the Dharma and lack of dedication into practices.
Sadly, by his 'prajñā', Buddha predicted everything extremely accurately! Luckily with my adequate 'guṇa', I can be learning Buddhism.
By 'kṣama-āpatti-pratideśana', I found out my biggest 'akushala' was disrespecting my parents! But I am now in a dilemma that, because I have been disrespectful to my parents for a long time, I can't change my attitude towards them upside-down, but if I don't change it upside-down, I will be making creating bad guna. So my strategy is to change my attitude 'processively' until it is changed upside-down.
I will also be reducing my daily intake of meats processively and everytime I am eating meats I will be in maitrī. If you are a Buddhist, you should know how criminal eating meats is.
