New moderator.

No more that 쓰나미(Tsunami) aka 델핀(Delphine) here. I think she wasn't very responsible and she was thirsty for power. Or may be someone who wanted to spy around the IPs or something else? Who knows? But, anyway, she was a dubious person here. So, glad to announce that she's not a moderator here anymore! 8)
