In English, you can say Sudans already, because South Sudan declares independence today.
So there are two countries: Sudan and South Sudans.
Thank to MSL who gives me this idea.

 Yes, right. As far as there are two Sudanese countries, it's right to say/write "Sudans".
These 2 Sudans are in Africa.
