Characters remaining of post

Good news! Now here I added an good thing -- "Characters remaining of post". Currently our max characters are 9999999999999. When one is typing, down there, he or she may see the characters remaining. So, what we got is a mod which shows the maximum number of characters and remaining while writing a post (as in the user signature). :)
