Is Social Media very important to make Brand? Does Google consider links published on social Media to be credible backlinks?

Depends of which social media. If it's a popular one, surely, it is important.

About the links: I think it depends also of which media we're talking about and (probably) what is the concrete profile/webpage there. :)

Yes, most of all SMO term is used for Social media optimization which maintains your brand awareness and gives you an effective growth in business.

Of course, without social media its not possible to grow a business at that level. There are many more factors responsible for brand awareness but social platforms are must to reach out your audience or consumers.
