Interesting Alexa rank stats

My site alexa ranking too high around 3L . i am wondering how it changed to 39K

 It's an offtopic, but I'll answer you!
 You need much more visitors, who spend more time on your site. For example, if now you have only 20 visitors, you need 2000 visitors; if now your visitors spend 2 minutes on your site, you need your future visitors to spend 10 minutes.
 I hope you understand, approximately, what do you need for a real and good higher Alexa rank.

You didn't say which is your website. So, a general advice is: more and more visitors (users).
