Google Page Rank is based on how many backlink your website have. If your PR is greater than 4 then it is good. Alexa Rank is based on traffic come to your website. If your Alexa Rank is less than 100000 then it is good.

Google Page Rank is the rank which google can assign to your website according to some factor which include no of backlink your website have, visitor on your website, traffic, bounce rate and many more.

Google page rank is an algorithm used by Google Search to rank website in their search engines results. PageRank works by counting the number and quality of links to a page to determine how important the website is.

Alexa rank is given based on the traffic coming to your website.

Page rank is given by google, which is from 0 to 10 depends on your websites back links (numbers and their quality) and Alexa rank tells about how much traffic coming on your website. Alexa tool developed by amazon.

I was checking the Alexa rank of this voyagesbooth.com/ i didn't get the right Global rank of it.   

EDIT: Avoid spamlinking. Your first post and at once active link?! It's so spammy. At first contribute more to the forum and then try to insert active links to other websites. :-*
