Answer, please: Do you really hate your job?
How many of you hate their jobs? Is it true that many people hate their job? And, in case if, you hate your job, then why don't you switch?
Just asking and hope this thread to be popular and useful!
About me -- Well, I don't hate my jobs, but i don't love them either. :P Now I can't switch them so easy. :(

1. I don't hate it, but I dislike it often (I mean my offline job). Why? Because it isn't my dreamful job and I want to run my own business, in order to be able to start my dreamful jobs -- writer + film maker. Why I don't switch? Because I don't have enough money to start up my own business now. That's it. I hope to get richer soon! Really hope so!
2. I think that many people if not hate, at least, dislike their jobs, because of reasons like these:
2.1. They wanted to work something else.
2.2. Their boss/bosses are not good.
2.3. Their colleagues are not good.
2.4. They worked this job for many years and they're getting tired and bored.
2.5. Etc., etc.

I don't hate my job but I wish it was earning better, the reason I love it is because it is my business that I started from scratch. I think people who are employed are the ones who hate their jobs most, there are tough dead lines to meet, a stupid boss to deal with, threats of getting sucked, etc.

I think that Petar's opinion is mostly right, but I'd like to add something about
a stupid boss to deal with
. It's not every time like this. Sure some bosses are stupid (not well educated, for example), but there are many not stupid, clever bosses. Well, some of them (stupid or clever) are bad, even evil. This is also a big problem. A man/woman can be clever and in the same time not good, bad, evil.
