As we know already from here (http://www.seo-forum-seo-luntan.com/else-topics/forum-%28luntan%29-problems/msg14137/#msg14137), we've got this problem:

 The question is WHY. I am going to find out! Because I don't like when I got this message. ;D

If it continues, we should contact the host. I do agree with Colin.

This is the important information what we learned from our host, I will share it here, because I hope it will be useful for the people with the same problem at the present and in the future:

1) It appears that you have exceeded the allowed CPU/Ram quota.

2 In a shared hosting environment, resources are shared with all other clients on the server. This means each client has to abide to our fair use restrictions for CPU and Memory usage, and your account falls outside of these boundaries.
Therefore you need a vps or a full dedicated server

 I have some additional wonders about it, but that's all for now. :)
