Title: (Radiation?) wind from Japan (Russian weather report)

 Прогноз переноса воздушных частиц из Японии (It's a weather report map from the Russian website gismeteo.ru, showing the winds from Japan. If they are radiation winds or not - I don't know and may be not many people knows it. Whatever, it's useful to keep in mind these kinds of weather reports). Have a look, please:

 Март in Russian means March. This map is showing now up to March 22 ("22 марта", in Russian).
