- stop snacking
- limit chips, bread, beer, fried food, sweets
- drink more water, not sugar drinks
- sport more
- walk more

Ok I am replying to this with my own experience. I am a 24 year girl and I was so fat than my other friends. So what I did was I walked every day morning like 1 hours and I drink lots of water. Because I heard that water is a good medicine to reduce belly and weight.

It's good to drink a lot, but not at once. For example it's better to drink 2 liters per 5 hours, than 1 liter per 5 minutes. Be careful, guys, never drink a lot at once.

I find this thread very useful and all the posts are very well. I want just add here that swimming, cycling and running dramatically effect on your body and provide great help in weight loss and increase stamina.
