every day I will check the backlinks of my website with Webmaster Tools, but the results upset me.
I post links in forums every day，but it does not work. I really don't know what should I do next.Is there anyone can give me some suggestions？

Its basically on Over Optimization and Spamming, so the web sites which placed under such categories do harm with Rankings under Search Engine and way more.

So do try to build Quality Back Links don't follow up the strategy to get maximum back links. Go slow and win.
