   The cheapest laptop in the world at the present time (2011) is probably Chinese. Its price is around $65 (65 USD). Good news!

  Wrong! The cheapest one is "Made in India" and it costs only $35. By the way it is not a classical laptop, it is touch screen computing device. :)

It's really rocking to see the Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sible with the cheapest laptop from India. But my friend, I haven't got any regarding information about that one!
