Fish as an ingredient will not come to mind for most the people when they think about Mexican cuisines. The fact is that there are plenty of cuisines which are incredible to taste with fish as their main ingredient. Corn, tomatoes and cheese are the things which pop up in mind when we hear the word sea food and Mexican food items like tacos, con carne with chili are more likely to come in mind than seafood of fishes when we hear about Mexican dishes. This is for the reason that, Mexicans are considered to be very partial when it comes to sea food and fish. The seafood and fish are quite popular and loved by Mexicans in costal areas.

When I was an university student in Sofia, I ate often one kind of Mexican salad. It was really delicious! And I know that the Mexican food is one of the most famous food in the world.
