1.

I'm pregnant with a black baby.

It's okay. Black baby, white baby, yellow baby... what's the difference? We're not racists here!
2.

I'm pregnant with my dad's baby.
I'm pregnant with my dad's child.
I'm pregnant by my son.
I'm pregnant by my brother.
I'm pregnant with my brother's baby.
I'm pregnant with my son's baby.

Well, it's a part/a period of the pregnancy. Nothing to add.
