Baked Peppers With Garlic And Coriander

This is a popular dish -- fried potatoes with feta cheese. I like it so much! I used to eat fried potatoes every morning, because my grand-mother cooked it for me. Now no grand-mother, no more daily fried potatoes. Recently I eat this dish (fried potatoes, usually without feta cheese) once a month only.

Home-made tofu balls

These days we invented (re-invented, in fact, because I can see online there are some "tofu balls") this vegetarian recipe at home -- we had some fresh tofu and we decided to make these tofu balls with eggs and young onion. They resemble meat balls and especially -- potato balls.

I like them all.
