Minced Potato Shortcake with Chicken
How to cook:
1 potato, boil and mashed
150g chicken breast, minced
100g bread crumbs
30g flour
1 egg
1/2 white onion, chopped
oil
black pepper and salt to taste
Preheat the oven 180℃.
Heat the pan with oil, saute the onion to be brown then mix in chicken mince and saute them together until the chicken turns white.
Put the chicken and onion into mashed potato, add in some salt, black pepper and mix well.
Make the potato mixture into cakes. First covered with flour then put the cake into the beaten egg, cover with bread crumbs again.
Put all the potato cakes in the bake ware and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
