I was searching about 天亮了 toutiao. I was sure about only about the 50% of its meaning. And now I got it all (100%) and I'm glad that I can know about the meaning of this combination just in a few seconds thanks to internet (Bing, Baidu, etc.).

That's what I was doing.

Well, about 头条 (toutiao.com), because I know they pay well, I wanted to start participating there. I took a photo, I bought a phone card (because I usually do not use cellphone in the last years), I wrote 2 articles to have examples of my writing abilities... and when I tried to register with my passport, it was impossible. I sent an email to them:
