explainervideocost -- banned! REASONS: multi-accounting + SPAM again! Spam deleted!

At first, I didn't know it's the same spammer (with 2 more spam accounts) and I tried to move his spam in the 'Free ads'-subboard with some explanations as this:
"Hey spammer! You know, because of the obviously spammy link this post can't stay longer in the SEO board. I'll move it to the 'Free Ads'-subboard. And please post your ads only there. Why? Because next spam equals ban. 0 spam tolerance."

But now I see it's the same IP as other 2 spam accounts, so:

1. BAN, 2. Deleting the spam.
