Yes, and it was repaired by changing some data in the Settings.php by me twice.
It's good that the forum is working very well now.

I will explain here more about it, because I learned how to fix it better this morning.
So, when you get this problem, just don't panic! It's not that bad. What's the problem in fact? Well, either the DB credentials in 'Settings.php' are wrong, or just your server isn't available. (In this case you need to check with your host, especially when you're using some shared hosting.) I mean that if the server is busy it's not an uncommon problem on shared servers.
