Many billionaires didn't help me to start a business

  Well, you know, there are those who will say "You'll never know until you try." I know stories about some very rich man is helping some very poor one. So, I decided to try. I found online a list (billionaires list) with their emails and started to send them an e-mail, one by one. I sent many but I didn't get answers (except some automatic ones saying something about the concrete's billionaire's foundation or something). So, it's not working (or, surely didn't work for me. If you think that it may work for you, of course, you may try it. I am not posting it to discourage anybody.)
 The e-mail that I sent around 9-10 years ago to many billionaires was:  A copy with some minor edits:

  I'm a XXXXX years old man from East Europe and I think I'm well educated (I got master's degree in Philosophy; I can speak and understand 4 foreign languages. My hobby is to write poems/stories and to learn about the East.) My problem is that I'm not rich (some people even think that I'm poor), but I'd like to develop my own business, in order to realize my 2 simple dreams --
A) to become a writer
and, probably,
B) to create my own small film company.

I'm NOT lazy and I tried MANY legal ways to earn more money in East Europe like: different jobs (owned Scientific TV show in a local TV, writing articles for local newspapers, owned small newspaper, etc.); I tried years of playing a state's weekly lottery, played online games for money/awards... I moved to China and I am married here. Now I teach some English, sell empty bottles and cans, develop online forum (for some AdSense income) and doing some online microjobs for cents, plus developed some small websites (also using AdSense), but I never won/get some big (i.e. enough for business) amount of money. /My wife is also teaching some English and clicking ads online for some cents. But our month income is just around USD 725./ We can't afford to have a kid, I'm not smoking, I do not drink hard alcohol, do not use drugs and I don't eat very much; she is also a non-smoker and non-drinker, and do not buy make-up, but all we have is only a one-room flat, a TV set, a computer, an air conditioner, a cheap mobile phone and a camera. In bank we saved around USD 4070 and, at the moment, we have only around USD 488 at home.
  I think I had enough (or may be too much?) dignity and bashfulness, and that's why I didn't beg for donations till now, and now I still don't beg for it, but for a credit/a loan. (I'll use it wisely to create 2 businesses -- 1 online with a popular
website and 1 offline with simple and tasty fast-food restaurant. I'll make 2 because of the risks diversification and I hope to have success! Then I will be able give you all money back + some realistic profit of 10%.) I think I need around USD 163 000 and my plan is to use 1/3 for the website business, 1/3 for the new restaurant and 1/3 to keep as a reserve in the bank for around 1 year untill I'm sure my 2 businesses are running well. After this I will be able to save USD 163 000 + 10% and to send them back to you.
