  Well, we know omnilogy, because this is an omnilogy community (an omnilogic international forum). But do we know what is the science oenology(or enology)? To tell you the truth I learned about it today. It is the science and study of all aspects of

. Yes, that's it! In Russian this science is "Энология" and in Chinese it is "葡萄酒工艺学" .
