Sorry to say that but moat of the people who are getting fatter can't realize it until it's too late. You're fatter than before. Maybe only two kilos fatter but to a short guy it's like 20 kilos more to a tall man. You are still not obese but you're going to be after some years if you don't take the necessary measures soon. What I am not sure about is the exact percent, instead of the level, which is why I made this thread, but yeah this body really needs to work on as you are saying. You can see I am considering hiring a coach these days.
